So much for the new tablets!

Started a different tablet for blood pressure on Tuesday and third day in feel tired and sick with a splitting headache. Will have to phone my long suffering GP tomorrow. I wonder if otherwise healthy people can put up with side effects until they adjust to new medication?

Wish I could offer some information, but -- nada. I had a brief high BP concern but it was attributed to the extreme joint pain I had at the time. When I found a doc who finally was willing to treat the joint pain the BP returned to normal.

Have you tried those conscious breathing exercises? -- may not be as reassuring as Rx, but the only side effect is the time it takes from your day.
